Error 75, file path not found


This has occurred in the following circumstances: two or more users are attempting to use the same PC.

Error message "error 75, file path not found" can occur unless each user has their profile set up with administrator rights.


Mismatch in request to server


Error message: 'Sorry, mismatch in request to server. Program cannot continue'

This has occurred in the following circumstances: Users can log on and enter patient numbers, but even if the patient is already registered, Notify says 'there is no file of this number on Notify system'. Then it says it has downloaded details from PAS. When users click 'save information', the message comes up 'Sorry, mismatch in request to server. Program cannot continue'. Then Notify shuts down.

Both times this occurred, the cause was a loss of local administrator rights on the OXNET|NotifyAdmin account on the Notify server (so files on the H: drive could not be fully accessed). In one case, this was after network changes; in the other, after a power failure.

The solution is to restore the local administrator rights to the OXNET|NotifyAdmin account on the Notify server.
